The breakfast was always hot and served on time. A choice of biscuits, and maybe even gravy would have been nice. The workers that we came in contact with were very nice. The manager Brain Starkey was very personable on the morning we talked with him. Asked how our stay was. Talked with us for a few good minutes while we were eating breakfast. The bed in our room was comfortable. Very nice sized bathroom, really liked the walk in shower. Good amount of outlets and lighting. In a very good location for a visit to the Columbus Zoo. one of the reasons we picked the hotel.

I liked that the hotel was located close to many restaurants and right off the main highway. The showers at the hotel were amazing. I loved that they were supplied with full bottles of body wash and hair products... which I had forgotten to bring.

Good sized room with a great en suite. A good supply of fresh towels and bed linen throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and keen to help and the hotel in general was kept extremely clean.

I would always prefer proper cutlery and crockery but that aside the choice of food available was as good as when I visited before and the all day coffee is always appreciated.

close to the zoo plus the hotel is right off highway plenty of places to eat right in front of hotel. hotel was comfortable and clean. staff was wonderful

The hotel was great which I expected, but the big difference was the people. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Sara, the manager, We had traveled there to meet relatives which we hadn't seen for a long time and when she found out she even invited them to come over for the breakfast with us the morning we checked out. As nice as the hotel was and especially the staff we will be returning.

Our main reason for choosing the hotel was that it had a charge point, the bonus being that it was complimentary. We were lucky that it was available when we arrived. The hotel was also very clean, the room was spacious and a good temperature (without having a noisy A/C), and the breakfast was good. I was happy to see a bin for recycling in the room.

Breakfast had a lot of different selections, nice and warm food. Rooms were overall cozy, comfy clean bed, nice clean bathroom with awesome shower head. And the option of having the mobile check-in and mobile key to the room made it really convenient.
